List pairs & limits
/cash/v1/content/exchange-pairs Auth: PublicReturns every pair the platform can currently quote from one source asset. Availability is computed in real time, the same way the quote engine decides. Each row carries fromSymbol, fromNetwork, toSymbol, toNetwork, and minAmount / maxAmount in the source currency when the limits are known. When they are not known, the row has no minAmount / maxAmount keys at all — check whether the key exists rather than comparing it with null.
Without symbol / network the endpoint returns only explicitly configured routes plus pairs among recommended assets.
The merchant variant GET /cash/v1/merchant/exchange/pairs (scope exchange:read) takes the same parameters. The quote response always carries the effective limits in commercialSnapshot.limits, so treat this list as a hint and the quote as the source of truth.
