Authentication & API keys
Merchant endpoints under /cash/v1/merchant/* authenticate with an API key. Public content endpoints (/cash/v1/content/*) need no credentials; account endpoints (contacts, API-key management) need a signed-in browser session.
Creating a key
- Sign in and open Developers → API keys in the console (
/home/developer/keys). Creating a key requires your own personal identity verification (KYC) to be approved, both under your personal account and inside a business. Inside a business, the Developer, Admin and Owner roles can create keys (other members see an explanation instead). - Click Create API key, name it, pick the environment and the scopes, and copy the key — it is shown once.
