Create quote
POST
/cash/v1/merchant/exchange/quotes Auth: API key (Bearer)exchange:writeCreates a persisted, orderable quote. The body must be exactly { fromSymbol, fromNetwork, toSymbol, toNetwork, fromAmount, type }.
